Beginning March 15^th 2012 the state of Florida will be implementing a new building code that will require a Manual J heat load calculation for every residential or commercial A/C Installation. The calculations are to be done on change outs and new construction. There are many questions about how the new code will work and as the information becomes available I will let you know. Email me tom@firstcall.cc with any questions you may have.
